A comforting, warming blend of our velvety organic creamed honey and premium organic Ceylon cinnamon. Also known as “true cinnamon,” Ceylon offers a delicate, complex spice without the harshness of standard cassia cinnamon. This spread is the ultimate upgrade for your morning ritual—perfect melted over oatmeal, stirred into warm milk or lattes, or spread thick on fresh sourdough.
A rich, creamy beige color speckled with dark flecks of real cinnamon. It delivers a warming, lightly spiced sweetness that perfectly balances the complex floral undertones of our raw honey. The texture is thick, velvety, and spreadable—it never drips.
We take our own raw, farm-to-jar creamed honey and infuse it exclusively with organic Ceylon cinnamon. Most commercial cinnamon is “Cassia,” which is cheaper and harsher in flavour. We use true Ceylon because of its delicate, sweet flavour profile and superior health benefits. No extracts, no artificial flavours.
Storage: Keep at room temperature in a pantry or cupboard. Do not refrigerate, as cold temperatures will cause the honey to harden.
Consistency: If your creamed honey becomes too firm during the winter months, simply store it in a warmer spot in your kitchen to soften it back to a buttery state. A slight separation of cinnamon is natural; simply give it a gentle stir if needed.
Note: Honey should not be consumed by children under 1 year of age.
Because they are our hives, we hold ourselves to a standard that mass-market brands simply cannot match.
We don't source; we steward. We manage the land and the colonies, ensuring ethical practices that put the bees' health above profit.
We bottle directly from the comb. No high-heat pasteurization, no ultra-filtration. You get the honey exactly as our bees made it.
Ask us anything. Because we harvest it ourselves, we can tell you exactly which apiary and which season your jar came from.
Beekeeping is a partnership with nature. It requires patience, respect, and deep knowledge of the ecosystem.
We place our hives in pristine environments, ensuring our bees have access to diverse, chemical-free wildflowers. We harvest only the surplus honey, leaving enough behind to ensure our colonies thrive through the winter.
This isn’t just a business for us; it is a stewardship. When you taste Vitus Hive honey, you are tasting the labor of our love and the untouched beauty of our local landscape.
